Automate is a comprehensive program that can help you create reliable automated tasks, then you can plan, track and integrate them into your IT systems. You can add a new task using the quick wizard. All you have to do is name the task, add triggers to start it (e.g., schedule, window, performance, key, standby mode), configure the event (e.g., set up a hotkey or computer downtime), create steps, and set other properties.
In the “Steps” area above, you can select an available action (e.g. system, interactivity, window, compression), create a list of favorites for actions, use the search and replacement tool, create bookmarks, change the layout, and more. You also have the Calendar feature, where you can view the progress of tasks and plan actions. You can also view the log file (tasks, system and audit events) and print or export it.
The Settings menu allows you to configure general settings (e.g. double-click a task, make a default connection), system settings (e.g. task service, backup and restore, log management), and default properties (e.g. user default, task isolation, proxy, email). The program uses a large number of system resources and contains a comprehensive help file in English.
In addition, AutoMate has some pretty advanced settings, so that novice users may find it difficult to understand, but experienced people can certainly learn all the features of the application and start using it for their own purposes.
Ease of Use
Automate’s award-winning, easy-to-use configuration allows you to create powerful tasks by simply selecting an action and updating the values to configure a robot to complete the steps you manually perform.
